To be the smartest person alive, you don’t necessarily need to act like a smart person, instead you’ll need to dedicate hours to work on yourself while getting the qualities needed to be called smart. It’s confusing, but the truth is that acting like you’re not smart at all will set you on your path of being the smartest person who has ever lived. This idea doesn’t sit well with most humans, but it is a confirmed way of being smarter than you were, and eventually becoming the smartest person ever. If you’re acting smart, or feeling like the smartest person in a room, then you’ll find it difficult to learn important things from others, and you’ll need to continue learning to improve your intelligence. No matter how smart a person is, you’ll need to consistently learn from others if you want to grow, but that is difficult to do when you’re placing yourself above every other person.
Practice Humility: to achieve your aim of turning into the smartest person on Earth, it’s important that you practice humility. Even if you’re already a smart person, that is not a good reason to neglect people that you’re going to meet daily. By practicing humility, you’ll find it easier to interact with those that will help your quest of turning into the smartest person ever. At every stage in life, you’re certain to see people who are smarter than you are, and it requires humility to learn from such people, meaning that you’ve got to gather knowledge from different sources on your quest to become smarter. It’s hard to be humble, especially when you know that your intelligence is growing, but it is a vital trait to have if you want to achieve your aim of being the smartest person on Earth.
After getting the humility part controlled, the next thing to do is to actively listen to people you are interacting with, and try to get good things from every discussion. Even if the person is not up to your level of education, try to listen attentively to the things they have to say, as it’s possible to pick assets from them. Most smart people are only attentive when they’re speaking with humans with higher intelligence, although that is not an ideal way of learning. While listening attentively, confidently ask questions especially when the person is smarter than you are, as you learn faster by asking questions. Pride and fear has prevented many humans from asking needed questions which has seen them miss out on valued information, so don’t fall for such. Ask intelligent questions that will make that person explain more things on the subject you are discussing.
Learning occurs by listening, so encourage the other person to talk more while you listen to grab every important detail. Talk less and listen more, as this is a trick that most smart humans have used to their advantage. By listening to what others have to say, you will constantly learn new things that can help anybody become the smartest person ever.
